a. After the registration deadline, the list of members participating in events will be finalized (the list will take approximately 15 minutes to synchronize). Members who leave their alliance after the list is finalized and then rejoin their original alliance will still be eligible to participate in the competition.
3. Optimized approval authority for States without an Overlord.
a. Active commanders with the highest Might will be granted approval authority (if they haven't logged in for more than 5 days, they will be considered inactive).
4. Optimized the issue of resource quantities being reset after resources are used in the Healing Pool.
