One the heels of the internal architecture rewrite this January here comes the new features galore for the 2nd release of the year:

* Improved Home Screen loading speed
* Improved the efficiency of transaction search
* Added ability specify a calendar year in Date Range options, applies to Cashflows and Trends. Useful when comparing financials between years.
* Transaction list can be now optionally grouped/sorted by Amount, in addition to Day, this applies to transactions for Trends and Cashflow reports, helps seeing your largest expenses on top of screen
* Budgets now show days and days left for budget entries
* Fixed loading transactions for budget periods outside current month
* Improved data loading performance for Trends
* Use amounts and balances in base currency instead of converting to base using todays exchange rate
* Added network connection monitoring and better app behaviour when no connection is available
* Fixed the Mac toolbar refresh button behaviour

PocketLion for PocketSmith is a native universal 3rd-party iOS client app for PocketSmith, an online financial tool for tracking bank and credit card transactions, budgets, cash flow etc.

PocketLion is not offering subscriptions to its services. PocketLion is a front end client app for PocketSmith.

PocketSmith as a SAS system offers free or paid subscriptions, PocketLion does not: it is a mobile app for users who already have a PocketSmith subscription.

In order to sign in to PocketLion either a free or a paid subscription for PocketSmith is needed.
